New Fast Metal Black Speed Demon Flash Beryllium Polarized Lens Eyewear
Machined and formed from 7075 aircraft grade aluminum using family known proprietary manufacturing technique. The Speed Demon and Pioneer are both 9 base wrap around lens and frame designs. Fast Metal uses 9 base lens technologies due to the 30 degree rake/wrap on the frame. Other brands bend the frame to 30 degrees but dont use a 9 base lens. What does this mean for quality, its called prismatic power if not done correctly. Fast Metal frame and temple uses a dove tail temple miter instead of straight edge cut. This was taught many years ago in the aluminum frame making that the hinge could be not as strong as the frame. So we created a dove tail cut and only one hinge that use 2 screws per side, to secure from coming a part. Another unique feature about the all new Fast Metal brand is interchangeable lenses. We were the first and probably the last to make a patent pending aluminum frame that can easily remove and replace lenses.FEATURES :
