Machined and formed from 7075 aircraft grade aluminum using family known proprietary manufacturing technique. The Speed Demon and Pioneer are both 9 base wrap around lens and frame designs. Fast Metal uses 9 base lens technologies due to the 30 degree rake/wrap on the frame. Other brands bend the frame to 30 degrees but dont use a 9 base lens.
