We feel it is technically the best 1100 denier reinforced PVC material available world-wide. Each part is precision laser cut and all seams and nose cones are HEAT WELDED together. We then double overlap the nose and other critical areas with an additional glued reinforcement for strength and structural durability. We also double reinforce the connections between the tubes and double up the material on the seats, footings and knuckle areas.
